BioCarta introduces new products to study the Toll-Like Receptor pathway— antibodies against MD2, PGRP-1 alpha, PGRP-1 beta, and PGRP-S. We also offer antibodies against human TLRs 1,2,3,4,6,8,9, 10 that have been optimized for use in Western blotting and flow cytometry. TLRs are transmembrane proteins that regulate transcription and stimulate immune function through the MyD88/IL-1 Receptor Associated Kinase (IRAK) pathway in response to pathogens.
