For researchers studying novel proteins in mouse, rat, or human models, BioCarta can offer development of polyclonal antibodies for as low as $499 under a collaboration agreement. Utilizing customer supplied antigen, we provide immunization of 2 rabbits, ELISA test to confirm specificity, and purification of resulting antiserum by Protein G. Under the terms of the collaborative arrangement, the customer will receive one-half of the purified antiserum and BioCarta retains the other half for commercial use. BioCarta reserves the right to evaluate each target. Not all requests for collaboration may be granted.

Our complete service package for $979 includes peptide synthesis and conjugation to KLH, immunization of two rabbits, ELISA testing against the peptide, and protein G purification. Customer supplied sequences should be no longer than 15aa with no internal cysteines. We cannot provide assistance with designing suitable peptide sequences.
