For quick and easy uploading of
your advertising banner, please use the following mechanical design specifications:
(a) Banners shall be 120 pixels wide by 40 pixels tall.
(b) Banners shall be in .gif format.
(c) Banner colors must be within the 216 Netscape Color Cube.
(d) The final file size of Banners must be 10k or smaller; if animated, then the
file size must be less than 40k and cannot loop (the animated gif should only
play once and then stop).
(e) Banners may be supplied to BioCarta via e-mail to advertising@biocarta.com
or by mailing a disk to BioCarta, c/o Advertising Department,
6827 Nancy Ridge Drive, San Diego, CA 92121 (telephone
858-200-2037).
(f) You should specify the Banner Destination (destination URL address) to which
the Banner will link, as well as alternative text which may appear (no more
than five (5) words) if the applicable web browser will not support the image;
